Tracy comes to us with vast experience in the Real Estate Industry. You may know her recently from her Banking days, she was one of the top mortgage loan producers for Peoples Bank where she was part of the Presidents club and won the President’s award a few times. She then moved to Bank of the Pacific where she spent the last few years of her career as an Assistant Vice President and again amongst the top mortgage loan producers. She retired in 2014.

Tracy Graduated from Western Washington University in 1992 with a Bachelor’s in Marketing. While she was in College she Sold Real Estate for Windermere in Bellingham WA paying for her last year of college. After Graduating WWU She began her Career in the finance industry at Household finance working her way up from account executive to Branch manager in record time. For a time she did hold her series 6 and 66 broker’s license and worked at US BANK helping clients invest in annuities and mutual funds. Her passion was always in real estate though and she soon moved to the Mortgage side of US BANK, where she stayed in the mortgage industry for just shy of 19 years. During that time she and her husband Chris Foy have bought and sold real estate and currently hold investment properties.

Tracy is married to Chris Foy and they have three Children Abbey Foy, Taylor Peterson-Foy and Caitlyn Foy. They live in the Anacortes area. Her two youngest children attend Anacortes High School. Her son will be Graduating this year. Her kids are very active in sports, Soccer, Football and Baseball. She enjoys going out on their boat, crabbing and enjoying the beautiful area’s we call home.

Tracy is a dedicated mother and volunteer. She has been a secretary for the PTA for two years. She was in the Anacortes Rotary (AM Club) for years, where she loved putting on Dinner at the Brick numerous times. While her sister battled cancer and ultimately succumbed to breast and brain cancer, she became very involved in Hospice. She was on the board of trustees for Skagit Hospice, which is now called Hospice of the Northwest. She has spent the last ten years on and off the board. She has done many things for Hospice of the Northwest, Co-Chaired the large dinner and auction, chaired the governance committee for years, and held the position of Vice President. Hospice will always be very near and dear to her heart.
